I founded JPA Workforce with a clear purpose: to do staffing differently. After years in the industry, I saw both the business need and the human side—and knew there was a better way to connect the two. JPA stands for Jobs, Placements, and Associates, and that’s exactly what we deliver: meaningful opportunities for people and reliable solutions for businesses.

My journey started in 2001, working in my family’s business, where I learned operations from the ground up—eventually moving into leadership and discovering the impact of staffing firsthand. In 2007, I officially entered the staffing industry and found my passion for helping people move forward in their lives. In 2019, I co-founded a staffing agency, gaining valuable experience in building and growing a business. By 2025, I stepped out on my own to fully bring my vision to life with JPA Workforce.

My path hasn’t been traditional. I left high school early, faced personal loss, and had to build resilience through life’s challenges—especially after losing my mother in 2013. Those experiences shaped my work ethic, leadership, and drive to create something meaningful for my family and for others.

At JPA Workforce, we lead with people, not just numbers. We focus on relationships, placing the right individuals in the right environments, and creating real impact—because this work is about more than jobs, it’s about changing lives. Success, to me, is measured by that impact: the people we help, the businesses we support, and the opportunities we create. My vision is to continue growing  JPA Workforce into a company known not just for staffing, but for truly making a difference.
